Do You NEED a Coach?

I asked the wrong question! I’m sorry!

In asking, do you NEED a coach, and then answering it in the video I realized that I asked the wrong question.

I say this because the answer to this question actually is no, you do not NEED a coach.  Think about it for a moment.  You order a product, a fitness program, and it comes with DVDs that contain all the workouts, a nutrition plan, a quick start guide, everything you need to plug in and be successful.  You can do this on your own, it is very possible.

Now that I’ve cleared that up, let me now ask the proper question… the question I actually answered in the video above..

SHOULD you get a coach?

Yes!  Absolutely!  You definitely should get a coach to help you on your journey, but not just any coach.

The reason you should get a coach, and the right coach, is because even though you have everything you need when you purchase workout program, it is a coach that will help keep you on track, will be there to support you and cheer you on.  Your coach will pick you up when you are down and be cheering right along with you when you succeed.

On top of finding the right coach for you, you will want to make sure that they hold a monthly accountability group.  This group setting will take it to the next level for you on your journey!  Everyone, no matter who you are, we are all on different journeys but we have similar end goals.  We want to be healthy, get fit and strong (strong mentally mostly) and by having a coach and being part of an accountability group you will be surrounding yourself with people that understand what you are doing and why, they can relate to your struggles and your accomplishments and they make it fun to workout.  Working out is hard, you must commit yourself to it but when you know others are doing it, you do it, and you get better and better every time you do it and it becomes fun!

This is how team fun, fit and strong works!  We are all about having fun while getting fit and strong!

So no you don’t NEED a coach, but you really SHOULD have one!
