I love the support through Shannon’s workout group! The focus is on whole body fitness and health, which is greatly helpful towards the overall successes of the people participating in the group. I can see how the struggle is real for everyone and that we each have our own personal goals to reach while getting the same advantages to information we didn’t know we needed, tips for questions we pondering and congratulations on our achievements. I feel so much better when I am watching my water intake, paying attention to my nutritional choices and working my muscles to feel stronger.

Who would have thought I would ever be doing a video workout? Not me, that’s for sure. Shannon convinced me to get out of my comfort zone!
